A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles!

How do you start?

It’s as simple as picking up your pen and writing down one thing you are grateful for- the tiniest details make a difference. Be as specific as you can. It will start a chain reaction as you start to notice things in a different way. See the good things around you as “gifts”. Thinking of gifts in your life protects you against taking them for granted. Cultivate more gratitude and kindness. Look for ways to show it in the grocery store, in the simplest of places- wherever you are. Tell other people thank you no matter how small the deed is they do for you. Don’t let other people’s negative vibes drag you down. LOOK for the best, ASSUME the best, BELIEVE and SAY the best about them. Gratitude is a choice you can make. Choosing to be grateful builds more light around you with small and simple acts of love and compassion...just what this world needs.
