Craft Room Organization: Organizing Title Stickers and Embellishments

Imagine what it would be like to have all your stickers and embellishments organized in a way you KNEW what you had and could actually FIND what you need when you need it? Your dream can come true with the Title Sticker Binder! You will reach for this binder over and over and absolutely love it! How many times have you tried to put your finger on that sticker that you know you had…somewhere? No more wasted time looking in the nooks and crannies wondering what happened to it.

You will know exactly where to go to find it!

(You can find a link to all the products I am sharing here by clicking on the link in the description or

going to the top of this page, clicking on the SHOP tab, then SHOP My Favorites!)

1) First you will need to find a binder that you love, that is has at least a 1 inch ring size. Here is one that I use. It is sturdy and yet soft and flexible, and you can personalize that front window to make it your own. That’s kind of fun! If you would like to print out the same cover I have on my binder, click here. It’s there to help you get started!

2) You also need some strong, good quality sticker backing paper. I found some heavy, durable paper that can be reused here… It is a bit of an investment initially, but when you will see how much time it saves you, its so worth it!

3) Purchase a pack or two of coupon organizers and create more “pockets” by cutting some neutral colored cardstock to fit each slot. This way, you can use the area in front of the cardstock and the area behind it, doubling the space available for your embellishments! This is just what you need for your laser titles and layered elements, vellum quotes and little do-da’s! You can store anything in these slots that does not have a sticky backing. These laser titles pictured above are from the “Genuine” collection and I am using them in my husband’s album. I LOVE seeing them individually, so I can grab what I need to personalize my page. I love that this Coupon Starter Pack has a variety of sizes to fit everything just right! You can slide the same words in one pocket and similar themes together to maximize your space.

Now its time to get going!

Pull out all the title stickers and embellishments and lets get them all gathered together! There are some with the old CM palettes and I bet you have them stuffed in all kinds of places. Bring them all together, they are getting a new home! If you find some titles later as you are sorting things, you will know exactly where they go!

4) Create some categories that work for you! We are all drawn to different things.. Look over your stash and consider what you could combine. I found I had a lot more vellum quotes than I thought I did! These will be perfect on pages and cards, and now I know right where to get them. I created 8 categories for myself and that worked well. You may need twice as many, depending on how much product you have stashed away! I would group similar things together. I have a list of the categories I used and some suggestions for you on the button below. Print out this sheet and make your own notes on it. Take some time to see what makes sense for you. I love these dividers here because they are rounded and you write multiple words on them. So cute! There are colored ones too!
