30 days of Gratitude

Would you like to improve your mental health, increase your happiness and self esteem, sleep better, improve your relationships and become more resilient? 30 days of Gratitude will help you with that! Join me this November!

Listen to this short video clip and commit to 30 days of Gratitude for the month of November and create good habits that lead to increased productivity and peace. It doesn’t matter if you do it in a notebook, on your phone or in a scrapbook. Just jump in and make it work for you!

There are different ways to do this~ choose one that fits you!

  1. Create a few colorful pages in your scrapbook where you journal each day for the month of November. Its fun to use the beautiful Fall collections which can propel you to keep going! It may sound silly but having somewhere pretty to write can make a difference! You can find beautiful Fall scrapbook designs here!

  2. Gratitude Dump: I love this one. A gratitude dump consists of you writing every single thing that you are grateful for that will come to mind in that moment. Some people like to set a timer of 1 minute and they will write out all the wonderful things they are grateful for.

  3. Gratitude Bullet Journal: A gratitude bullet journal combines unique creativity and drawings with your writing. There are many ways that you can spend time doodling in your gratitude journal and it’s a great way of putting your ideas into art.

  4. One line a Day Gratitude Journal: If you’re not ready to start prompts, write one sentence a day where you share what you are grateful for. At the end of the year, you can look back and simply read through all the exciting things you highlighted.

  5. Write a Thank You Note: There are many people in your life who you can thank – writing a thank you note for even a small act can go a long way.

  6. Daily Gratitude Journal Prompts: Need some help getting started? I created a document you can print out below to help you get in the mood. Once you do, you will start noticing things in a new way, and more ideas will flow.
